After about two years from this fairy-tale beginning, Marc Jacobs went out and created his first clothing designer collection which bore his new label.  When you see the Marc by Jacobs or Marc Jacobs label, you know you have found a very special item indeed.  His first products were a full-blown line of men's clothing in the category of ready-to-wear.Marc Jacobs relates his creations to his own past.Marc Jacobs soon came up with his famous handbag assortment.
